A local irrigation company, not a franchise
Huston Irrigation is a locally owned lawn sprinkler and drainage contractor based in South Bend.
Twenty-five years in one area teaches you things a national outfit never learns. We know which subdivisions run low on pressure at the end of a zone, which neighborhoods sit on clay that swallows a drain line, and roughly when the first hard freeze tends to arrive. That knowledge is why most of our work comes from repeat customers and from people they told.

What you can expect from us

We take on other people's systems
There is no requirement that we installed it. A good share of our calls are for systems whose original contractor is long out of business.

Diagnosis before parts
We find the actual fault first. Swapping components until the symptom disappears is how a small repair turns into a large invoice.

You hear the price before we start
Estimates are free and in writing. If something can safely wait until next season, we will tell you so.

Trucks that carry the parts
Heads, nozzles, valves, solenoids, fittings and a compressor on the trailer, so most jobs finish on the first visit.
Any brand, any age of system
Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro and the rest — heads, valves and controllers. If a system is old enough that parts are no longer made, we will tell you what can be adapted and what genuinely needs replacing, rather than quoting a whole new system by default.
